How do I add the feed to my website?

Upload rss.xml to your website root and add <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" href="/rss.xml"> inside <head>. Re-generate it when you publish new posts.

My website has no blog. Can I still make a feed?

Yes. Switch on "Use all pages" to build the feed from your latest pages instead of blog posts.
