By creating an account or using AIPostoz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Acceptable use

Do not use AIPostoz to create unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content, to spam, to impersonate others, or to attack the service or other users.

Content ownership

You own the content you generate and are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. AI output can contain mistakes; check facts, claims and figures.

Credits and plans

Free accounts receive monthly credits. Credits have no cash value and do not carry over unless stated. Paid plans, once launched, are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time.

Third-party services

The service depends on external AI providers and, if you connect one, your own website. We are not responsible for their availability or output.

Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product develops.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
