Missing alt = the <img> has no alt attribute (an error). alt="" is correct for purely decorative images, so it is hidden by default. "Suggested alt" comes from the file name – always review it.
Suggestions are rule-based (from the H1, first paragraph and brand name – no AI). Lengths are display guidelines, not ranking rules. Review every suggestion before using it.

Questions
How many pages are scanned?
Up to 200 pages. Pages are found by following links from the homepage and from your XML sitemap; you can set the limit, the click depth and URLs to exclude under Crawl settings.
Can I pause or cancel a scan?
Yes. Pause, resume or cancel at any time – a cancelled scan keeps the results of the pages scanned so far.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The scan runs in your browser through aipostoz. For live checks such as JavaScript-only content and on-page highlights, use the free Chrome extension.
Are Google PageSpeed and the W3C validator used?
Only if you switch them on in Business details. They are third-party services: your homepage URL is sent to Google and the homepage HTML to W3C.
