This page explains what aipostoz.com collects when you use our free SEO tools. [Have this reviewed by a lawyer before publishing – it is a starting template, not legal advice.]
What we do not collect
- No account or signup is needed. We do not ask for your name, email or phone to run an audit.
- Audit reports, score history and crawl results are stored only in your own browser (local storage). We do not keep them on our server.
What our server handles
- Pages you audit. To read a website for you, our server requests the URL you enter (and its robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt) and passes the content back to your browser. We do not store that content.
- Your IP address. We count requests per IP address for one or two hours to stop abuse (rate limiting). These counters are deleted automatically.
- DA / PA checks. Domains you check are sent to Open PageRank and, if enabled, Moz to get their scores. Results are cached on our server for 24 hours so we do not ask twice.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for security.
Optional third-party services
If you switch on Google PageSpeed Insights or the W3C validator in the website audit, your browser sends the homepage URL to Google and the homepage HTML to W3C. These are off by default.
Messages and report requests
When you use our contact form or ask us to email you a report, we store what you enter (name, email, phone, website, message and the audited page with its score) on our server so we can reply. With your consent we may contact you about your website. We do not sell this data. Ask us at any time to delete it.
Usage statistics
We count page views and tool runs, and which website domains are audited, to see which tools are useful. These counters set no cookies and store no IP address or other personal data.
Accounts and the audit limit
If you create an account we store your name, email address and a secure hash of your password (never the password itself), plus when you joined and last logged in. To keep audits fair we record, for each audit, the website name and the time – for logged-in users with their account, for guests with a random cookie ID and a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address. This log is deleted after 7 days or after the limit period, whichever is longer. A login cookie (aipz_auth), a guest cookie (aipz_gid) and a form security cookie (aipz_ucsrf) are needed for this; they are not used for advertising. You can delete your account and its audit log at any time on your account page.
Cookies
Your browser stores audit history and tool settings in local storage on your own device. We also use the third-party cookies described below.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google sets cookies for this. Read how Google uses data from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
